Sync logs

The Sync logs page is your record of every time OPTIS updated your Auto Groups - automatically (from a webhook) or manually. It's the place to confirm a group refreshed after you changed a tag, collection, or product.

Each row is one sync, with what triggered it and the result

What each row tells you

• Time - when the sync happened.

• Trigger - what caused it: Product update, Collections update, Create (a group was created), or Manual (you clicked Sync now).

• Rules - how many Auto Group rules ran.

• Added / Removed - how many products joined or left.

• Status - Success, Partial (some rules failed), or Failed.

Sync now

Click Sync now to re-run all your active Auto Groups on demand - handy after a big catalog change, or to confirm everything is current.

Automatic syncs fire within seconds of a relevant change (a product's tag/collection/vendor/type/title/metafield changing, or a matching product being created). You normally don't need to do anything - the log is just there for visibility.

Logs are kept for the last 7 days to stay tidy. If a sync shows Partial or Failed, open the group to check its rule, or contact support.
